1. PAYMENT- We accept credit card, cashier's check, personal check, money order, and electronic transfer. Orders paid with personal checks generally take 3-5 business days to clear. All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

2. SHIPPING- Shipping arrangements are discussed when full payment is received. For less tolerant animals or high priced orders, we generally prefer to ship via air freight (Delta Dash). All specifics pertaining to arrival will be discussed prior to shipment. Immediately after shipment the customer will be contacted with an airbill number. Due to occasional unforeseen delays, it is important to call the airlines to verify the arrival time of your shipment. It is crucial that orders be picked up within 2 hours of arrival. Upon receipt of the shipment, you must open the shipment at the receiving counter to insure against theft or accidental death. If a problem arises, you must alert the airlines before leaving the airport and notify Dragon Herptile, Inc. immediately thereafter.

3. GUARANTEES- All animals will be healthy, feeding, and correctly sexed unless otherwise agreed upon. If accurate sexing is not possible all customers will be notified prior to payment. All animals are guaranteed to the customers liking. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment and we will gladly replace the animal or refund your money. After 24 hours, we assume no further liabilities.

4. RESERVING ANIMALS- Many of our animals are available in limited quantities. For this reason, we do take deposits on certain animals. If you are interested in a certain animal, please contact us to be placed on the waiting list. Approximately one month prior to hatching, we will contact the individuals on the list to verify interest. At that time a 50% deposit may be made to ensure your place on the list. When babies arrive, those individuals with deposits will receive first priority. If there are any remaining animals, we will contact the remaining interested parties. For those making deposits, it is important to be absolutely certain of your ability to pay the balance due on your animals when they become available. All deposits are non-refundable unless we are unable to provide the animal ordered. In that case, deposits will either be fully refunded or may be applied toward another purchase.
