The exact genetics of the IMG (increased
melanin gene) ball is still unknown. They are generally a high contrast
ball as babies that develop more and more dark pigment as they grow.
The increase of black speckling in the cream pattern gives the snake a
"dirty" appearance. We will hopefully know more about this morph in the
near future.
